the long island skateboard artical

SO i tried two years ago to help get some of your long island locals in a skateboard mag ,
and all i hear is that it was a poor article and that I { PHEO } just put the old dudes in and so and so wasn't mention and blah blah blah , DUDE I DIDN'T EVEN PUT MY OWN NAME IN THE DAM LOCALS , THEY DID THAT
well it wasn't my fault i wrote a few things and the mag changed it up and added stuff to suite MAS MEDIA OF SKATEBOARDING .
i was looking through my e mails and found what i wrote to them { which is the e-mail below } and this is all i wrote everything else was there doing and there facts i think they got from a phone book or some thing . so i don't want to hear it from anyone any more about this stupid article , i thought it sUCKed also , i tried ... did you ? and sorry alex i anit mad at ya !

skate spots:
Rosylan train station:
banked manny pads, easy to get to ,just take the train to rosylan . night session and weekend session to cut down on the park car factors . cops roll through but never say anything..because there's worst things that lurk at that station that your skateboarding ass.

the mall bars:
a series of 7 ft long flatbars side by side about 40 yards long. located at Rosevelt Feild mall across from Macy's .old country rd exit on the meadow book parkway. if you can't see the mall go home your stupid .the bars are on the outskirts of the parking lot by and office building .go on a sunday any other day cars will be parked in font of the bars and your trip will be worthless .security won't bother you most days unless your a dick..

nassau rail:
10 step rail ,located at nassau community collage at the P building ,east campus :exit m3 & m4 on the meadow brook parkway and follow the signs for charles lindbergh blvd first light turn right and your in the parking lot right by the rail..security is tuff to judge some days you can skate for hours and the next day you get the boot before you put you board down ,good luck

getting around:
well it's not like the city, there are buses that run every hour and there is a train that runs up the north and south shores of the island going east and west
but theres no trains that run from the north to south shore , cabs are shard rides so you might be in with a total stranger paying your own fare ,actually bet on it , having a car is your best bet for sure .

eating :
theres no outstanding place to eat ,but most any deli bagel or pizza shop are good for a cheap fill
if your a anthony pappalardo fan you can hit up his dads pizza joint :
or you want some good coffee and some pie hit up the witches brew :311 Hempstead tpk ,west Hempstead , ph 516-489-9482

skate shops:
the island was lacking in skate shops a few years back ,but now there quite a few if you need that sheet of grip tape , but if you looking for a full skate shop with every thing you need from the newest SNEAKERS to that fresh DECK ,AND A STAFF THAT HAS ROOTS in skateboarding hit up "special sauce" :37e. main st.bayshore ,ny PH 631-666-3290
